This book has been planned differently from the typical dessert recipe books. It is not about fixed recipes, but a guidebook that can be utilized when you want to conceive your own dessert menu. It aims to show various points of pairing, texture, technique, and design for each menu, including simple menus like cookies and cheesecakes that home bakers can easily make, as well as menus with relatively many components. If you are new to developing your own desserts or find it challenging, understanding how each dessert is composed by following the order presented in the book, along with the separate <Dessert Pairing Book>, will undoubtedly be of great help in conceiving and developing your own desserts. (This book is a set consisting of the main book and a separate book.)
The 33 menus included in this book (43 including variations) are all either the chef's signature menus, developed after numerous tests for the book, or menus that scored highly in the WCM (World Chocolate Masters) competition. We ship internationally from South Korea, Indonesia, or a logistics partner depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and can be reviewed before placing your order. Most orders are prepared within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Import taxes, customs duties, VAT, GST, or handling fees charged by the destination country are not included unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, but the item must be unused, unread, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
For customer-requested cancellations before shipment, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
