This book is divided into sections by location and situation so you can easily find the word or expression that you need without wasting much time searching the pages. To help with the pronunciation of Korean, romanizations of Hangeul, the Korean writing system, are written for every word and phrase (the romanizations in this book have been slightly modified from the “official romanization” system to better suit English speakers). In addition to romanization, illustrations are included to not only help you have a visual representation of a word, but just in case you are having trouble being understood, you can show the other person/people the picture in the book to make things less awkward or frustrating for everyone.

Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally from South Korea, Indonesia, or a logistics partner depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and can be reviewed before placing your order. Most orders are prepared within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Import taxes, customs duties, VAT, GST, or handling fees charged by the destination country are not included unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, but the item must be unused, unread, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
For customer-requested cancellations before shipment, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
