This book is a collection of dessert recipes that can be easily made and sold even in small cafes. The recipes of this book are all popular items sold by the cafe ‘Pas A Pas’, and anyone can make high-quality desserts by simply following them.
The book contains 36 simple recipes, along with detailed photos of the process, descriptions, baking tips, and precautions to make them efficient for even one-patissier stores or small stores.
