This book is a collection of dessert recipes that can be easily made and sold even in small cafes. The recipes of this book are all popular items sold by the cafe ‘Pas A Pas’, and anyone can make high-quality desserts by simply following them.
The book contains 36 simple recipes, along with detailed photos of the process, descriptions, baking tips, and precautions to make them efficient for even one-patissier stores or small stores.
The book is divided into six parts, from cookies to madeleines, pound cakes, cheesecakes, scones and cup desserts, and each recipe shows the difficulty level. Items to be prepared in advance were marked for each recipe to facilitate the work order. It was considered that the baking process could be carried out more efficiently by informing important things that could be mistaken. We ship internationally from South Korea, Indonesia, or a logistics partner depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and can be reviewed before placing your order. Most orders are prepared within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Import taxes, customs duties, VAT, GST, or handling fees charged by the destination country are not included unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, but the item must be unused, unread, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
For customer-requested cancellations before shipment, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
