Goo-seul, the fourth puppy of the supermarket dog Bang-ool, is sent to Dong-dong's as soon as he is weaned. From time to time he misses his mom and brothers, but for now what's more important for Goo-seul is to look after the family he is living with.
He must look after the house when the entire family is out, go for a walk with Granny, and also hang out with Dong-dong. Particularly Dong-dong is extremely weak for a five-year-old and that bothers Goo-seul. But Goo-seul is really fond of this bothersome fellow.

We ship internationally from South Korea, Indonesia, or a logistics partner depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and can be reviewed before placing your order. Most orders are prepared within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Import taxes, customs duties, VAT, GST, or handling fees charged by the destination country are not included unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, but the item must be unused, unread, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
For customer-requested cancellations before shipment, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
