Dong-dong went to stationary store to buy a new marble, but he picked a sugarplum instead of marble. Once he put a mint-flavored sugarplum into his mouth, suddenly a sofa started to talk. Then the sugarplum kept telling him about lot of things in turn - a story beneath an old dog, Goo-seul, who is always pushed around by Dong-dong, a real mind of his father, who always nags at him, and a news of his grandmother, whom he truly misses but can't see again. Now there is one more sugarplum left. Whose mind will it show to Dong-dong? The sugarplum makes miracle of sympathy, courage, and growth.

Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally from South Korea, Indonesia, or a logistics partner depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and can be reviewed before placing your order. Most orders are prepared within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Import taxes, customs duties, VAT, GST, or handling fees charged by the destination country are not included unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, but the item must be unused, unread, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
For customer-requested cancellations before shipment, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
