Today, Korea is becoming an increasingly rich multicultural environment with international students from diverse nationalities and backgrounds. For foreign students enrolled in Korean universities, language skills that support not only academic achievement but also real-life communication and career preparation are becoming ever more important. Life Pattern Korea.
This textbook is designed to help international students studying in Korea build practical abilities to understand and create various business documents they will encounter when preparing for employment, internships, or start-up activities in Korean society or in domestic and overseas organizations after graduation.

This textbook is divided into two major parts: “General Document Knowledge” and “Practical Document Writing.” Life Pattern Korea.
“General Document Knowledge” covers foundational literacy required for writing business documents: basic understanding of documents, correct usage of essential punctuation, how to write business emails, and expressions used in presentations. “Practical Document Writing” provides training by document type, covering résumés, draft proposals, reports, press releases, project proposals, and other practical documents widely used in real work settings.

Each unit is organized into the following learning sequence:
Vocabulary (with Chinese, English, and Vietnamese translations) → Vocabulary Check (practice activities) → Document Viewing (real examples) → Document Understanding (structure and content) → Preparation (writing methods and cautions) → Document Structuring (outline writing) → Document Writing (actual writing practice). Life Pattern Korea.
Through this process, learners systematically acquire knowledge of document format and structure, essential vocabulary, and expression styles.

By understanding the practical purpose and context of each document and organizing content appropriately for real-world situations, learners can significantly improve their practical Korean writing and expression skills. Life Pattern Korea.
In particular, the “Document Writing” section is provided in detachable sheets so that learners can easily submit their individually written documents for feedback.
