The Healing Season of Pottery 공방의 계절
This story is set in a small pottery workshop 'Soyo' in Ilsan Bamgasi Village. The protagonist, Jeongmin, is a thirty-year-old woman who has no friends and has quit her job, living a hikikomori lifestyle and confining herself in a dark cave. However, she feels she can no longer live this way and cautiously steps out into the world, ending up in a pottery workshop that she thought was a cafe.
In the workshop, she heals her heart through the experience of handling clay and making pottery. She meets the owner of the workshop, Johee, and other members, sharing each other’s pain, and through this process, her heart changes from cold to hot, and then to a moderate temperature. In this process, she heals her wounds, grows, and finds love.
Author Yeon Somin conveys the process of healing and growth through pottery in this novel. This novel tells the story of people who step forward, overcoming their inner wounds, and learn to enjoy small happiness in everyday life.
The message the author wants to convey is clear. She wants to give comfort and healing to the people of this era who are suffering from pain. She wants to be a novel like sweet ice cream for bitter youth. Readers will silently seep into the protagonist Jeongmin as they turn the pages of the book. They will empathize with her life, which is neither too much nor too little, but comfortable. Through this novel, readers will realize that a new door opens in their hard life, just like in the warm pottery workshop Soyo. This novel is for you who bake life slowly but hotly like pottery.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, but the item must be unused, unread, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
For customer-requested cancellations before shipment, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
