About the authors
Makiko Oda
Cooking expert and registered dietitian. She runs Studio Nuts, where she is involved in a wide range of food-related needs, from recipe development and food styling to producing and supervising the 2016 edition of the junior high school home economics textbook.
Her books, which focus on “simple, delicious cooking that anyone can make, while caring for health,” number around 90 titles, and her series on cooking basics and make-ahead side dishes have become bestsellers. Life Pattern Korea.
She regularly appears with her easy-to-follow recipes in magazines such as Orange Page and Esse, and on NHK TV programs like Today's Cooking (Kyo no Ryori) and Asaichi, where she has many devoted fans.

Masato Ono
Writer and picture-book author. Born in Tokyo in 1972. With a logical yet deep perspective and a writing style that is easy for anyone to understand, the total sales of the books he has worked on exceed 2.5 million copies.

We ship internationally from South Korea, Indonesia, or a logistics partner depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and can be reviewed before placing your order. Most orders are prepared within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, but the item must be unused, unread, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
For customer-requested cancellations before shipment, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
