Sachiko Kuramoto
She lives in Copenhagen, Denmark, and is originally from Hiroshima, Japan. Based on more than 30 years of living experience in Denmark, she works primarily on planning and writing projects that introduce the rich culture of Denmark from a unique perspective. Life Pattern Korea.
Her area of expertise is food and food culture. She obtained a degree in health and nutrition from a Danish higher education institution and has been involved in menu supervision and program development for organic vegetarian school meals at Steiner education institutions. She also worked on editing, translation, and writing the introductory chapter for the book "The Complete Guide to Nordic Cuisine" published by Seibundo Shinkosha.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, but the item must be unused, unread, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.
For customer-requested cancellations before shipment, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
